ERIN GREENEYOGA TEACHER

Erin discovered yoga about three years ago, initially seeking to add something new to her workout routine. However, she quickly realized that yoga offered far more than just physical movement—it became a source of calm and balance in her life. While she deeply appreciates the physical benefits, it was yoga’s ability to nurture both mind and body that made it an essential part of her journey.

With a passion for learning and a desire for new challenges, Erin pursued her yoga teacher training at Hope Yoga, completing it in February 2025. Her teaching style blends creativity and acceptance, ensuring that every class is intentional, welcoming, and accessible. Committed to prioritizing mental health and wellness, she strives to create a trauma-informed and inclusive space for all students.

Beyond yoga, Erin finds joy in nature, movement of all kinds, and time spent with loved ones. Creativity is at the heart of everything she does, whether through painting, printmaking, photography, or now—teaching yoga.
