Karen is a speech pathologist in both a clinical and school setting. She turned to yoga to manage stress and to foster self-care.
Karen especially loves Yin and meditation to help relax and disconnect from days that can sometimes be chaotic. She has been practicing since 2021 and loves how yoga makes her feel, both physically and mentally. Karen is so excited to be a desk yogi and to welcome you to the amazing Hope Yoga community.
