KATIE TRIFILETTI • YOGA TEACHER
Katie’s yoga practice began in 2016 as a compliment to strength training and to help relieve chronic back pain. After some time away from the mat, she joined Hope Yoga in 2021, and it was there that she discovered that the practice of yoga goes far beyond the physical. The impact that breath work had on her daily life was substantial, and allowed her to improve her mental health and relationships with others.
In 2023, while dealing with a difficult life change, Katie’s practice went even deeper. It was on her mat that she was able to find inner peace and clarity, which was crucial to her getting through this challenging time. At that point that she was inspired to teach and to hold that space for others, which so many teachers at Hope had held for her. Katie completed her RYT-200 through Hope’s YTT program in February 2025.
You can expect Katie’s classes to encourage you to challenge yourself, while also accepting and loving your body for exactly what it is and what it’s capable of!
