MEGHAN BILARDOYOGA TEACHER


Meghan is a proud graduate of Hope Yoga's inaugural 200-hour Resilience Yoga Teacher Training program in 2023! She is also an Organizational Development expert with over 20 years of experience in fostering positive work environments, developing talent and coaching leaders. Meghan turned to yoga as a way to strengthen her body, manage work-related stress and improve her ability to focus.

Meghan’s teaching style prioritizes a safe, supportive space where everyone feels welcome. She tailors classes with modifications for all levels, and customizes messages to resonate with each group. Meghan encourages people to see what is possible for their bodies and minds, and as a result, learn more about themselves. Her goal is to use yoga as a way to help people celebrate their awesomeness and break free from the pursuit of perfectionism.

Off of her yoga mat, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
