MOLLY BERG • DESK YOGI


Molly is a recently retired nurse who began her yoga journey in 2008, inspired by her high school daughter's involvement in cross country and track. Yoga was recommended as a complementary practice for her daughter's running, and Molly joined in as a supportive presence. She fondly recalls how her very first class was so soothing that she fell asleep during savasana!

Molly appreciates how yoga meets each person exactly where they are, offering a space free from competition or judgment. As someone with a competitive nature, she finds joy in setting aside her ego and embracing the non-judgmental spirit of the yoga mat.
