HANNAH RANC • YOGA TEACHER
Hannah completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice. As an Operating Room nurse, she loves helping her patients to relax prior to surgery by using breathing and mindfulness techniques. This is a major reason why she decided to pursue teaching yoga. Hannah creates classes that aim to bring mindfulness to both the breath and body. She hopes to help students find a love for yoga and its ability to provide balance for strength, flexibility, and full body wellness. Outside of yoga, Hannah loves all things outdoors- hiking, biking, swimming, and most importantly, running.
