Private yoga lessons are great for those seeking a bit more from their yoga practice. These hour long sessions will allow you to dive deeper into your practice with special attention during this one on one setting. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have physical or mental limitations, or you just want the extra care, private lessons are catered to you and your specific needs. During these sessions we set goals of what we want to work on and make plans on how we can get where we’d like to go.

Group Private Lessons
Group private yoga lessons are great for those seeking some time on their mat with a specific group whether that be family, friends or acquaintances.
During these hour long sessions our teachers will cater the practice to meet the needs of your group! We are happy to accommodate your group in studio, at our outdoor Oasis, at a location of your choice or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

Corporate yoga lessons are great for companies big & small to give back to their employees. They are a great way to improve workplace or work from home morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group.
