SARAH SWEENEYYOGA TEACHER


Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2015 after discovering everything she was looking for in one place - exercise, inspiration, mindfulness, creative movement, philosophy and a cathartic release.  In 2021, she enrolled in 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice, based out of Austin, Texas.  Influenced by past challenges, Sarah wants to promote gratitude and self-love within each student by guiding them through an enlightening and rewarding practice.

Sarah’s goal is to empower others by facilitating inner transformation through physical movement.  She aims to give her students a space to explore and find new levels of possibilities in their bodies and minds, enhancing well being on and off the mat. Her approach to yoga is focused on finding balance between strength, flexibility, movement and stillness.  Sarah teaches vinyasa flow based, dynamic classes that are accessible to students of all levels. Her classes are challenging but not intimidating - she wants her students to be sweating and smiling at the same time!

Sarah’s practice continues to evolve as she feels no matter how long you’ve practiced or how many hours of training you’ve completed, there’s always more to learn.
